Scattered information
Case details and document versions live in different places.
THE PROBLEM
Spreadsheets, folders and message threads split the record. Your team spends time finding the work before it can move it forward.
Bring it togetherCase details and document versions live in different places.
Hearings, preparation and responsibilities are hard to coordinate.
Client updates and financial reviews need another round of follow-ups.
THE SOLUTION
From intake to closure, connect your records, responsibilities and client administration.
Connect matter details, contacts and conflict checks with the documents and people behind each case.

Coordinate hearings and deadlines with preparation tasks, responsible colleagues and review workflows.

Keep client financial administration and practice reporting close to the work your team does.

Give authorised parties a case-specific view of published updates, permitted dates and shared documents.
Closure, transfer and external handoff end ordinary party access. Reopening does not restore old grants automatically.

Implementation & OnboardingGOOD TO KNOW
LitDesk is a legal practice management platform for individual advocates, law firms, and enterprise legal teams. Its scope connects matters, documents, hearings, tasks, client finance, IPR, reporting, and controlled party access.
No. Authorised parties see only explicitly published updates and documents, together with dates they are permitted to view. Files they submit require staff review.
Client finance is part of the product scope, including invoices, recorded payments, expenses, reimbursements, and financial statements. This is separate from an organisation’s subscription payments to LitDesk.
It is designed around reviewed imports of case and order information, explicit credits, and spending limits. Supported information depends on the configured integration; it is not unlimited automatic coverage of every court.
No. The pricing model is based on collaborators and storage. The Free plan supports one advocate with 5 GB of storage.
AI document analysis and case-based AI assistance are planned for v1.5. They are not active MVP features.
No. The language-support plan concerns interface text, not automatic translation of legal documents or case content.
